Americares Health Equity Learning Hub

The Health Equity Learning Hub is an asynchronous virtual learning environment. It is designed to assist clinics and other safety net health organizations in working toward health equity. Whether you are a provider, administrator, volunteer, board member or supportive services team member, the hub offers learning around equity, health disparities, and social determinants of health. It presents strategies, models, and programs to address social determinants of health, and advance health equity. Up to 6 CE hours are offered to all licensed providers.
